I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and I loved having two balconies. The service was exceptional, with the staff being nice and helpful. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants while being nestled in a quieter part of the city. The dining experience was top-notch, one of the best I have had at any hotel, although the croissants were a bit hard. Overall, a great stay with fantastic amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and roomy, offering a dramatic view of the bridge to Canada. The staff provided excellent service, although they didn’t address the issue of screaming kids. The location was super convenient for crossing over from Canada, with a beautiful view of the river. The dining experience was one of the best I've had at any hotel, although it was a bit chaotic at times.
