I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and I loved having two balconies. The service was exceptional, with the staff being nice and helpful. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants while being nestled in a quieter part of the city. The dining experience was top-notch, one of the best I have had at any hotel, although the croissants were a bit hard. Overall, a great stay with fantastic amenities.

The staff provided excellent service, although they didn’t address the issue of screaming kids. The location was super convenient for crossing over from Canada, with a beautiful view of the river. The dining experience was one of the best I've had at any hotel, although it was a bit chaotic at times.
